We unpack that box together and remind them what they got, when to take it and why.

We make sure they know how to manage their next order (and I set reminders from myself every week for the first month, after that 1-2x a month to make sure all is good, and after 6 months check in about every quarter.
Find a system that works for them, it might be paper, it might be digital.
